ERNIE ELS

Cederberg Cellar

CEDERBERG

    Situation - 4000 feet high in the Cederberg Mountins in the middle     of a National Park and is surrounded by native flora and fauna  
    Wine maker and owner -   David Nieuwoudt.
    Wines.-  Since young David Nieuwoudt took control of the        vineyard  he has revolutionised the direction and quality of the wines being  produced and has produced many international prize winning reds and whites.  We stock his crisp fresh Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc and his Cabernet Sauvignon.  His semi sweet Bukettraube is a must for pate or blue cheese.  His V Generations Cabernet Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc are from selected vines and represent the top of his range. 

De Wetshof Estate

Our first import of wines in 1992 was 3 white wines from De Wetshof and 3 from Van Loveren.
We have listed both since then and always had excellent products and service and recommend them to our customers.

 Situation - Robertson in the Breede River Valley

 Wine makers -  Danie de Wet, Mervyn Williams and Peter de Wet  

 Wines -  First and foremost the Estate specialises in Chardonnays ranging from  unoaked Bon Vallon through to the Burgundy style Bateleur.  We also stock and  excellent riesling and Pinot Noir.
